Strategy Analysis

The Oplia SaaS project was born from a simple observation: marketing and SEO professionals spend too much time creating manual audits to convince their prospects. We therefore designed an automated tool capable of generating comprehensive, customizable, and visually impactful web audits in just a few minutes.

The approach is radical: rather than asking for a meeting to demonstrate value, the tool allows you to prove your expertise before the very first exchange. The prospect receives an audit of their site with concrete recommendations, a performance score, and identified areas of improvement — all in an interactive PDF customized with the sender’s branding.

The product was designed as a complete SaaS solution: user management, quotas, pricing plans, brand customization, and on-the-fly generation. The architecture was optimized to allow the generation of hundreds of audits in minutes, without manual intervention.

This project illustrates our ability to develop high-performance SaaS products, from design to production launch, including infrastructure and user experience. It is also the demonstration that we eat our own dog food: Oplia uses this tool daily for its own prospecting.
